I am a student in Gothenburg and want to sublet my flat only for two months, December and January. the flat is furnished and the rent is 4900 kr including electricity and internet. Please apply if you are a student at Chalmers or Gothenburg university. Therefore, if you want to sublet the flat after looking at it, you can go to landlord office with your university registration certificate to receive landlord agreement and a legally valid contract for December and January.
