Here I would like to rent out my cozy 2:a in Majorna for long term (up to two years). The building is on a small hill and the apartment is on the top floor, so you get a very nice view and light emission (See attached picture took several days ago). It is close to everything but still in a very quiet area, tram station Chapmans Torg is like 2 minutes away, Bus 90 gets you to Brunsparken and Frolunda Torg as well. 15 minutes walk you are at Slottsskogen for a nice walk or running. The apartment is well planned and fully furnished (just drop in) but you are welcome to bring your own small furniture. The rent includes heating, water, broadband, radiotjänst and insurance. No smoking, No pets, No sublets. Prefer young couples with no kids. The expected start date will be late October or November. Send me an email (preferred) or sms if you are interested
