One large flat (122 m2) for rent in the centre of Kungsladugård in Majorna, west Gothenburg, with lots of coffee shops and restaurants in the vicinity, as well as walking distance to the city park and the river. A ten minute tram ride takes you to the ocean and the ferries to the southern archipelago. We who live here are one male school teacher and his 12-year-old son. The area is very calm and relaxed, and bikes are secure in the yard as its locked at all times. Wifi is included in the rent. You get one small room all to yourself and most of the bathroom/WC (we only use the shower in that one). For the rest of the flat we share kitchen and livingroom. No specified kitchen hours except no cooking after 10 pm, and always do away with utensils right after cooking and eating. We ask tenants to keep the flat tidy and prefer quiet student tenants. In the flat no meat or poultry is allowed. Theres also no smoking in the flat or the yard. Many books in English, and on different topics are available, as well as a rather vast music collection.
