Cheap room in a villa in a pleasant area of western Gothenburg. Cellarroom with single bed, desk, chair, book shelves, wardrobe, large mirror. En suite toilet and shower in room next door to bedroom. Additional shelf and cupboard space plus own fridge-freezer in the corridor. Kitchen upstairs, shared with us. Our house is located in a quiet part of the city, 5 minutes from Tranered tram stop and Påvelunds Centrum bus stop. We are next to a football pitch and handball, tennis and badminton clubs as well as some woods with a running track. I am often away so you at those times you would have the house to yourself and would need to be responsible for it (ie feed the cat). I have a 15 and a 8 year old daughter who live with me part time, so you would have to be able to get on with us which is not usually a problem. They prefer female lodgers so Im afraid we will not rent out to a man. You must have good references so that I can be confident that it is safe to leave you in charge of my home, and also that you are likely to be a good influence and friendly presence for my daughters.
