Hi, Im looking for someone to rent my place for 8 months. This is a newly built (2024) apartment. You will be the first person moving in to this apartment. Since this is a new construction I dont have pictures of the apartment and viewing will also not be possible because i will get the access to the apartment only on 15th June, 2024. This is a 2 room apartment 1 bedroom and 1 living room. There is a sun facing balcony also. All the facilities are included e.g. dishwasher, washing machine etc. If you need parking you will have to pay separately for that, Im not sure how much. This is not a furnished apartment. Electricity and hot water is not included in the rent. Im looking for someone who is pet free and take care of the apartment well. Please contact me if you are interested. Thanks.
