Room for rent in basement of a Villa for a female. Room is approximately 30 square meter and is divided into bedroom and living room. There is a separate toilet and a shower on the same floor for the tenant but the kitchen and laundry room will be shared. Room is fully furnished and has a desk, chair, 2 big sofas, sofa table, a double bed wardrobe and a small refrigerator. TV or movies can be watched only through your own laptop. Electricity, water and internet charges are 500 Kr/month. Pillow and quilt is provided in the rent but linen and towels can be provided for extra 100 Kr/month. We have a lady helping us with house cleaning. So every Thursday you are required to tidy your room as the room will be dusted and vacuumed on most of the Fridays. We expect that you do not smoke and do not have any pets. You like to keep the place tidy and clean. As we are a family with kids we do not expect any late, lively parties in the room. We expect that you are a family person, like kids and are fully engaged in study or work. A deposit of 5000 SEK and one months advance rent will be required. The deposit fee will be returned latest 15 days after the tenant has moved out. The room is rented on monthly basis only. You are expected to remove all your belongings and clean the room properly before moving out of the house. The villa has a park outside and is situated in a quiet villa area, close to a grocery shop, pizza shop and a 3 min walk to the bus stop. It takes around 15 min to Frölunda Torg with bus and around 20 min to Central Station by bus (even quicker during peak hours). Family consists of a couple working full time (sometimes even from home) and 2 kids, age 9 and 14.
