Hi, my name is Sol and I am renting my student apartment to fellow students. The reason being that I am going on an exchange. The apartment will be available from August to December. It is fully furnished and the rent is 4881 kr/month, excluding electricity, water usage, and wifi. Opaltorget is located southwest of the center of Gothenburg. Right outside the entrance to the property is a tram and bus stop that takes you to the center in between 20 - 25 minutes. On the other side of the property, on the square, you will find, among other things, a grocery store, mail delivery, pharmacy, health center. On one side of the area, within walking distance, is Välens nature reserve. A couple of kilometers in the other direction is Frölunda Torg. shopping center with over 200 shops, restaurants, cafes etc. You also live here within cycling distance to Näsets beach.
