Hi. We are a Portuguese-Brazilian couple with a 3-year old girl and a 10-month old baby. We have an apartment to rent in second-hand from June because we will travel for about 6 months. So we are looking for someone to take care of our apartment during this period. Our apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms and one of them is prepared for a baby or children. So if you have kids we think it would be ideal for you. The apartment is at Kobbegården, Askim/Göteborg and has 80m2. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The rent is 12,700kr. To this value must only be added 319Kr for the internet. Water, electricity, and heating are included in the price. The area is very nice with many parks for children and a friendly neighborhood and close to supermarkets and vårdcentral. Unfortunately, we cant allow pets or smokers.
