You will have a private room located at one end of the apartment, giving you a high level of privacy, as well as your own spacious bathroom, which you will use almost exclusively. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available and shared. About the tenant The room is available exclusively to university and Erasmus students. I am looking for a responsible, considerate, and tidy tenant who takes good care of both their own room and the shared areas. Non smoking and no animals. Included in the rent: bedlinen, towels, internet, hearing. The nearest bus stop is just 50 metres away, and the nearest tram stop is 200 metres from the apartment.
