I am looking for a student to share my apartment with, preferably exchange student. Contract until june 30th, then another six months. Shorter contract also possible if you are exchange student or visiting teacher/professor. I spreche auch deutsch, també parlo catal, hablo también espaol. You will be sharing a really light, nice apartment with 3 rooms and kitchen,82m, 3rd floor, no elevator. Less than 2 minutes walk to tram 7 and 11, Komettorget. 5 minute walk to ICA Supermarket Your room: 13 m2 semi-furnished really nice sofa-bed, 1 closet with additional 4 shelves & 2 drawers. There is no desk, so bring your own desktop or Ill buy Ikea Billy. There is space for additional own furniture/ stuff. It has a pleasant light ocher-yellow wallpaper, and of course wifi. Rent includes electricity, wifi, The spaces shared are: (1) spacious living room, with two enormous sofas, flatscreen TV, stereo.Lots of space for bringing friends/colleagues over (2) a bathroom with shower, washing-machine, and dryer, (3) toilet separate form bathroom (4) big kitchen with micro oven, stove with oven, dishwasher, plenty of space in kitchen shelves for your own kitchenware. (5) balcony I am a doctoral student about to finish my thesis, 44 years old, male, backpacker, MC-touring around Europe all summer, no kids and young at heart. I prefer you to be very social, responsible, easy to get along with, your most welcome to bring friends/colleagues over. The idea is that with mutual respect well sort out the boundaries and you make yourself at home. I am fluent in spanish and I have lived in Barcelona, Chile, Bolivia. One months rent 3500:- in advance.
