Ullared, Ullared

Hyran är 8000 kr per månad i kallhyra. Huset är fullt möblerat och vatten ingår, men övrigt (el, värme, internet, sopor, etc) ingår inte. Kontraktet är till 31 maj 2021 med eventuell möjlighet till förlängning. Inflytt kan ske direkt efter kontraktsskrivning. Huset är 190 kvadratmeter. Det finns fyra sovrum, tre på övervåningen och ett på nedervåningen. Det finns ett vardagsrum och ett rymligt kök på nedervåningen. det finns en toalett med dusch på nedervåningen. Det finns också en källare, ett uteförråd, en hall på nedervåningen och ett allrum på övervåningen. På övervåningen finns även en toalett vars renovering inte är klar och detta rum kan användas som förråd. Det finns en stor uteplats. Huset är inte rullstolsanpassat. Sedan bilderna togs har vardagsrummet målats om till vita väggar och nya soffor har köpts, i övrigt är huset detsamma. Köket har diskmaskin och i källaren finns tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Värmen är vedpanna men det finns även installerat en elpatron i vattentanken så en kan välja att värma upp huset via el om en vill. Huset är beläget vid en å och nära ett litet vattenfall. Det finns en liten brygga ut i ån. Tomten är mycket stor och har goda möjligheter för odling. Närmaste busshållplats är 5-10 minuter promenad bort. Promenad in till Ullared centrum och Gekås är cirka 15 minuter. Från Ullared finns det goda bussförbindelser till de två närmsta städerna Falkenberg och Varberg. Det är inte okej att röka cigaretter inomhus, men utomhus går det bra. Vi talar svenska, engelska och arabiska. I chatten/via mejl nås vi bäst på svenska och engelska och på telefon nås vi bäst på arabiska och engelska. Vi prioriterar att hjälpa socialt utsatta familjer och individer att hitta ett boende. The rent is 8000 SEK per month. The house is fully furnished and water is included, but other things (electricity, heating, internet, garbage, etc) are not included in the rent. The contract is until 31 May 2021 with the possibility of an extension. Moving in can be done immediately after signing the contract. The house is 190 square meters. There is four bedrooms, three upstairs and one downstairs. There is a living room and spacious kitchen downstairs. There is a bathroom witha shower downstairs. There is also a basement, an outdoor storage room, a downstairs hallway and a family room upstairs. Upstairs there is also a toilet in which renovation is not complete and this room can be used as a storage room. There is a big porch. The house is not wheelchair accessible. Since the pictures were taken, the living room has been repainted into white walls and new sofas have been purchased, otherwise the house is the same. The kitchen has a dishwasher and in the basement there is a laundry washer and dryer. The heating is by wood but there is also an electric heater installed in the water tank so you can choose to heat the house via electricity if you want. The house is located by a river and near a small waterfall. There is a small jetty out in the river. The plot is very large and has good opportunities for cultivation. The nearest bus stop is a 5-10 minutes walk away. Walk into the center of Ullared and Gekås is about 15 minutes. From Ullared there are good bus connections to the two closest cities Falkenberg and Varberg. It is not allowed to smoke cigarettes indoors, but outdoors it is okay.
