Shared house in the countryside If you have a car and wish to live in beautiful surroundings. We will be 4-5 people sharing a house of around 130 m2. Two rooms are avaiable. The small room (1 person) becomes avaiable 1. August. The cost for this room is 1850. A double room is becoming avaiable on the 1st September, alternatively on the 15. september. Whether you are one or two, the rent is SEK 2350. It does not include electricity/warming, everything else is included. We share the electricity bill and wood-fuel per head. The house is about 6 km from Örsundsbro centrum, where the nearest bus stop is. This means that you need a car. Its about half an hour drive to Uppsala and 15 minutes to Enköping. The house is about 130m2, unknown how old, but probably from the end of the 19th century. Otherwise we have all we need for a comfortable modern living. The areas we share are a kitchen, living-room with a TV, toilet, shower, sauna and laundry, and a big garden with apples trees. In the summer we share taking care of the garden. Everything you need is in the house. Just bring along your clothes and personal stuff. It is not allowed to smoke inside the house. But we do not mind if you smoke outside. Everyone is responsible for keeping the shared areas clean and nice, and we will have a system for that. Girls (or couples for the big room ) are specially welcome.
