This house is situated on an Island (Kanan) with no bridge connection. You come and go with the boat that is included in the rent. The boat trip takes only 5 minutes. The house has a Beautiful location on a cliff with view over the water. It has 2 separate bedrooms , (2 2 beds)and a big divided in 2 areas living room with fire Place. If you want to live in a pieceful environment and still have only approxiemately 1 hour to Stockholm city for work or studies this could be a good choice. The boat trip takes approx 5 min and the walk to the bus approx 8 minutes. So total travel time to Sthlm city is approx 1 hour. Long term stay is preffered, 9 - 12 month or even longer if requested. Rent is sek 11.000:- /month electricity.
