Hey We are group of 4 males in a collective in Munsö, ages ranging from 20 to 32. We are very open to all people, as long as they are nice, respectful, considerate to the house and us. And to also be clean and tidy with the shared areas. We are looking for a person for the 4th bedroom our house from the beginning of December with a one month notice of leave. The rent is a fixed price of 4166SEKdeposit with everything included(water, electricity, Geo-thermal heating and wireless internet. We also receive products for the bathroom, kitchen and washing for anyone to use) from the kindness of our landlady. She is also very good and quick at helping us if there are any problems which is important. The bedroom for rent is a really big room at 16m2 and is also partially furnished too There is two built in closets which both has plent of room for clothing and other items. And the room also has a armchair, a mirror and unit a for organising your belongings. There is also a big 120cm bed for you if you wish to keep it. So dont worry about moving a lot of furniture or even finding a bed. The collective is of the upper floor of the house another collective lives downstairs, however, we are not connected. Our upper floor is 95m and there is another 3 bedrooms. And also a very clean, tidy, modern looking bathroom and kitchen. This place is perfect for someone who an open-air lifestyle. already lives on Ekero, is just moving to Stockholm. Or for someone who would like to study in a quiet location, or for someone who wishes to be away from the city, and somewhere closer to nature. The house is also very close to the bus-stops.
