We have a nice size house to rent i Koppom. The house has 2 large bedrooms with new floors on the main floor and 1 possible large bedroom downstairs. Large living room with open spis with flakt. There is a large laundry room with sink and stall shower. Bathroom on main floor with shower. Large panna room. Heated garage and basement entrance. Covered veranda off the living room. House is heated on ved. New hot water heater. Rent is 5000kr per month. A security of 5000kr is due at time of contract signing. If you are required to give 3 months notice where you are living now I cannot hold the house that long. We are looking for long term ernters who can care for a house and yard.
