The house is rented with the use of the Stuga and space in the garage for 1 car. There is a storage area in the barn for ved. The house is heated on Ved or El. I recommend Ved. The house will rent for 4500kr per month. The renter is responsible to pay for El, vatten & Avlopp. I month security is due at time of contract signing.
