Room for rent in a safe attractive area: We are looking for a student (preferably female) to rent a fully furnished bedroom for the month of July, 2017. We prefer non-smokers and no pets. The rent for the room is 4000 for the month of July and includes wireless network, electricity, water and all kitchen-stuff. We are 2 girls renting an apartment that is 65 sqm and has a large garden area. It is quite newly renovated with floor heating, ceramic flooring, modern fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer, internet, etc. Roslagsbanan is a 3 minute walk away and the train ride takes less than 10 minutes to Östra Station/KTH and 6 minutes to Stockholm University. Our train stop, Ösby is a junction where all the trains stop, so the trains go every 5 10 minutes. One can also cycle into the city from this area. The area is very safe at all hours of the day, walking distance to lake and sea (swimming in the summer and skating in the winter), nature, food shops, etc. If you are interested, please call me at -
