We are 2 female students/professionals searching for a female flatmate to share a fully furnished 3 room and kitchen apartment with ceramic floor heating, modern fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, TV, internet, etc. The apartment has a private entrance with a large garden area and is located in a very large Djursholm villa. The room is equipped with bed, desk, bookshelf and cupboard. Roslagsbanan is a 3 minute walk away and the train ride takes 6 minutes to Stockholm University and less than 10 minutes to Östra Station/KTH. The stop, DJursholms Ösby is a junction where all the trains stop, so the trains go every 5 to 10 minutes. One can also cycle to the universities and into the city from this area. The area is very safe at all hours of the day, with walking distance to lake and sea (swimming in the summer and skating in the winter), nature, food shops, etc. We prefer non-smokers and no pets. Rental period: Nov 1st, 2018 Rent: 4500/month (includes wireless network, electricity, water and all kitchen-stuff). Deposit: one months rent, 4500 Sek Notice when leaving
