Hi together, Id like to rent out my beloved, warm and bright home due to a longer stay abroad. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transportation (red tunnelbanen, pendeltåg and buses to all directions). You reach T-Centralen in 13 minutes, the university is just two stations away. Closest stations are Danderyd Sjukhus and Mörbycentrum. You have shopping opportunities around the corner as well as a smaller shopping mall and nature. The Mall of Scandinavia is only 10 minutes bus ride away. The apartment is spacious with 64sqm and 2 bedrooms which makes is a perfect match for a couple or two friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven and dishwasher. A laundry room is available in the basement of the house. The rent is Sek 12.400 which includes water, electricity and heating. If you want to have my internet router we could discuss that as well. Deposit is one monthly rent. The minimum stay is 6 months, but Im open to negotiate about the rent duration. I need somebody as soon as possible since Im currently abroad and the apartment is empty.
