Tenants wanted We are renting out our furnished room from the 15th Oct. 15th Jan. It is bright and cozy, has a sink and a built-in wardrobe. The price is 5500kr for a single person and 6500kr for a couple. The single pictures are taken from your room, the combined ones show common spaces in the house. As you can see there is a big garden with a terrace, a living room, and a kitchen equipped with everything needed. The room is part of a larger house and is shared by 7 people in the age range 30-55 years. We are not searching for party people but rather calm, clean tenants who are interested in a harmonic shared living. The place is located close to the station Vendevägen in Djursholm, a Coop 10min away on foot, Lidl can be reached at about the same time by train.
