Looking to share my apartment in Tullinge with a responsible, smoke and drug free person. You can rent the bedroom or the shared space (5500 kr/month) and use the shared spaces such as living room, ,balcony, kitchen and bathroom. The room is furnished and available immediately. Live on the 4th floor with a great view. Peaceful area and close to bus and commuter train. Night buses to get in and out of the city on your free time. The space is available as soon as we come into agreement. We start short term and see how things go for longer stay. Be prepared to pay 1 month in advance plus the days past the 1st of the month. Contract will be 3 months to start. Looking for someone who has good references, work is drama free, thoughtful and a social roommate. I have 1 dog in the apartment (friendly). The area is clean, quiet, lots of nature, close to lake and many tracks for walking or jogging. Close to Huddinge University Hospital and KTH Södertorn College. Who am I 42, female, educated and employed. Like to travel on my free time, very social, smoke and drug free. Like to have things clean and organized in my surroundings. Can have occasional dinners and friends over, not so much for big parties. Am an international person and open to different cultures.
