Hi, I have a apartment in playa del ingles. Hotel los junchos. The apartment is 37kvm. I am renting it out becaucse I live i sweden and I dont want it to stand empty. Its New renovated pool area, 1000 m to beach and 10 m to shopping center kasbah. You have everything just across the street. This is the center of playa del ingles, perfect location If you need some place to stay maybe for just a week or two here a good place to stay. I also rent out to the right person who wants to stay in longer terms. Long term renting is best but you can still have it on week if its aviable.
