Nice appartment for rent from july 1:st, 2017

For the right (1) person we have a 2 room apt on 2:nd floor in a nice area with good neighbors and some pretty nature, and not far from shopping and commuting train station. 20 min travel to Stockholm or Södertälje. Apt has bathroom and separate wc, big balcony and elevator in building. Rent does not include power, internet or parking. We ask for first month rent in advance and a deposite for the same amount. First rental agreement is for 6 months and if everything is ok it is renewed for the rest of the year. You can see the apt before the end of June. Apply thru email.
