We are renting our basement in our villa house in Tumba from the 20th of April until 18th of August 2019 (4 months). The entrance to get in the house is common and then we have two separate doors. One for the floor above and one for the basement. The apartment has two bedrooms, one kitchen with living room, and a bathroom. The house is fully furnished. Kitchen appliances included. Available parking outside the house. The cost is 10000 kr per month with all included (wifi fibre optics, electricity, heating etc.). A deposit of 10000 kr needs to be paid in advance. No pets allowed. 2 minutes walk from Vretarna bus station and 12 minutes from Tumba Train Station. Bus 743 is going direct from Vretarna bus station to Fridhemsplan in Kungsholmen during the mornings (6:00-9:00) and afternoons (15:00-18:00) which is really convenient.
