Hello I have 5 room Apartement with 2 floors. there are a balcony and a roof terrace. I like to rent out 2 rooms to 2 guys (male or female). one room is bit smaller (maybe 15sqm) and cheaper. the other room is bigger (maybe 18sqm). both rooms have furnitures (bed, writing tesk, some drawer to put cloth). There are 2 bathrooms. 1 for you guys. one for me. kitchen, livingroom, terrace (in summer) is for everyones use. normally 5 min walk to Trainstation (until March 10min walk because maintenance work at the trainsstation entrance). 30 min trains red line to t central. you can be student or working or whatever. as long you pay the rent its fine with me. I am from germany and work as dentist in stocholm. I can talk english, german and swedish if needed. please no smoker. no pets. no whole families with children, etc. just 2 nice guys :). normally I say we try it 3 month then if it works for longer. included in rent is electricity, viber internet, no extra costs. the bigger room is 4000. the smaller 3500. including everything as i said :). please send me your email with a little infos about you. ah I like to say : I not response to mails like Hej.
