The rowhouse has three bedrooms and one living room downstairs and one living room upstairs. The house has two parking spaces which could be parked in a line after each other. Everything is private such as EL,Water and Heating. Heating is on FJÄRRVÄRME. There is a fyber net at the house with 500/500 speed. The channels are Swedish base channels plus 8 extra channels that can change once a month from tele2. There is a larm if the tenant wants to keep needs to be paid by him/herselves. There is a Washmachine, Drying machine, Micro, Induction stove, Vacuum cleaner, and a lot more. The kitchen is fully equipped. On top of that there is a TV, Sofa, Beds, Desks, tables, chairs, ... available. All the rooms are provided with wardrobes from IKEA and on top of that there is walking wardrobes. There is a little flexibility for changing the small stuff at the house if the tenant does not want it.
