I welcome you to Pink House, a shared student living space where you will enjoy your exchange studies to the fullest You will have your own private room and share the common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, living room, etc. The neighborhood is a quiet and family-friendly area with low traffic within biking distance of the University. Hi My name is Felix and Im the landlord of Pink House. Im excited to be able to say Im able to offer you a private room at my property This is the house I rented out to four students of Högskolan Dalarna each semester The location is very close to the school. Only 15 min bike ride to school and 5 min bike ride from downtown. There are nearby supermarkets just around the corner such as Ica maxi and Hemköp. Fast food restaurants such as Burger King, Subway, and Max (hamburger franchise) are just next door. The rent is 3750 kr per month/per room which includes WiFi and access to common spaces like the living room, kitchen, balcony, and bathrooms as well as a large garden. The bills for electricity and water are shared between the students each month. Each room is furnished with a large bed, desk, and chair as well as plenty of wardrobe space for clothes and hiding your suitcase. Duration of stay can be discussed for short or long-term solutions.
