As an expat family, we are renting out our house which is also for sale. A new roof will be installed and the electrical heating will be replaced by central heating. Dates for the installations are still to be planned. Therefor the house is available starting 1 August 2018. 3 bedrooms, 1 office, big living room, bathroom with bath, kitchen, laundry, garage, additional room behind the garage and room for a shower & sauna but these are not installed. The rent includes water and waste costs. Internet (fiber is ordered) and electricity is not included in the price.
