Parking is literally right outside the door, and also offers guest parking. Balcony offers a stunning view over Totthummeln and the lake Åresjön. Summer time, the apartment is perfectly located with a bike-in, bike-out access to Åre Björnens well renowned XC bike trails and wonderful hiking trails around Åreskutan.
