Hi, we are renting out our 2-room apartment in Nödinge (16 min with a commute train from Gothenburg Central Station). Rental period is max 1 year, starting from the 1st of April 2020. The apartment initially will be rented out fully furnished and equipped (until September 2020). After September 2020 - partly furnished. There is an own washine machine in the apartment, as well as a private terrace. Free parking is included in the rent. Electricity, insurance and Internet bills come on top. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR AS A TENANT - a single individual or a couple with permanent employment - a person(s) with experience of renting someones home, preferably who can provide recommendation letters from previous landlords - a tenant(s) should have no unpaid debts - no party people - someone sho is willing to take good care of our living plants () Please be informed that this requirement is a must. There are not too many plants in the apartment but they all should be well-taken care off for a couple of months while they stay with you in the same apartment.
