Two rooms for rent for non smokers that share a bathroom with a shower. One room is 11 mt2 and the other 12 mts and the house is 120 mt2. There is a terrass in the front part of the house and another one with a little garden in the back. You dispose of all the common areas, facilities and a part of the attic to put your things. The house is situated two kilometers from Vallentuna Centrum which is a small shopping center with basic shops for everyday needs. The house limits with fields and forests that make long relaxing walks or jogging possible. It is a very rural area close to the city, the best of both worlds The rent per Room is 4500:- from november 1st to April 31st since the electricity costs are much higher during the winter. From 1 May to the 31st October the rent is 4000. The rent is to be paid one month ahead. The rent includes the costs of electricity and water when used with moderation. There is free WiFi. Public transports: 8 min walk from the house to the Roslagsbanan which is a local train that takes 33 min to the city, the station is called Östra. This line has a direct connexion to: Stockholms University, KTH, The school of Music and of Architecture. There are also buses to Danderyd, Täby and Upplands Väsby. Master students or PHD students have preference. The minimum rental time is 6 months, there is no maximum rental time at present.
