Grandalsvägen, Åkersberga

My flat is located in Åkersberga, a very nice small town, only 30 km north of Stockholm, on the coast of the Baltic Sea. By car it takes around 25 minutes to Stockholm. Train-connections from Åkersberga to Stockholm are very often as well, and it takes between 30-37 minutes to Stockholm (TKH station). To the Stockholm University its even quicker. There are also bus-connections direktly from my neighbourhood to Danderyd hospital, to the University,to Stockholm and to Norrtälje. My flat has 3 rooms, and the total area is 72 sq m. It is located in the second floor in a building (radhus) with 4 flats. There is a living room, 2 bedrooms (one of them is very big, and can be devided to 2 small rooms), kitchen with dining area, bathroom with a tub, balcony, and a small nice garden downstairs. The flat is furnited and equipped with the needed appliances in the flat, plus an air conditioner which is unusual in Sweden. The neighbourhood is very quiet and well kept with large lawns and beautiful gardens, and its rather near to the center of the town. You can enjoy a lot of beautiful nature areas in Åkersberga, paths for walking, cycling and riding, golf courses, nice beaches and lakes. Åkersberga is the county town of the municipality of Österåker which is part of the Stockholm archipelago. With its 1,100 islands and extraordinary landscapes, Österåker is an attractive place to live. Österåker has plenty to offer: outdoor activities, historical sites, shopping centers, markets, concerts, galleries, and many other types of events. There are also very good traffic connections from my neighbourhood to many beautiful islands. Närmaste station/hållplats: SKÅNSTA
