Mäster Johansgatan

I am renting out one room in a newly built house on Mäster Johansgatan in central Malmö (200m from Lilla Torg) The house also has a nice courtyard where you can relax. The apartment is located 3 minutes from the central station and is also close to Kungsparken, lots of restaurants and stores. Theres a pedestrian street right outside the building. The room is furnished but you will have to bring your own matress, pillows, quilt and sheets for your bed. I have a nice dog and I spend alot of time at home writing a book. I also work as stylist and I am a positive and happy person. I would prefer an English or Swedish speaking student. No families The rental period is from June 1 and the rent is 5000kr/month for long-term rental. If you would only want to rent the room for a short period of time, the rent will be higher.
