I have a house in Teckomatorp, about 20 km north of Lund, which is available for rent, from March 1st. Either room by room or the whole house. Price for the whole house depending on the conditions. The house was completely renovated last year, 147 m2, furnished or unfurnished. It has 5 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. One of the two bedrooms (both about 15 m2, 3800 sek/month), ground floor, have two wardrobes and a small walk in closet. The other have three wardrobes. The big bedroom (about 20 m2 floor area with two inclined walls, 4300 sek/month) upstairs, have a bigger walk in closet adjacent to the room. The two other bedrooms (about 12 m2 with one inclined wall, 3300 sek/month) have one and two wardrobes respectively. One large tiled bathroom upstairs and one tiled bathroom on the ground floor. Large living room with leather sofas and dining table. The kithen have dishwasher and 4 smaller fridges, two of them with freezing compartment. One big freezer in the basement. Tiled Laundry room with new Bosch machines in the basement. Relatively small garden with wooden outdoor furniture (couch and two armchairs). The only garden work required are mowing the small lawn (can be negotiated). No snow shoveling wintertime required. Keycode to entrance door towards the garden. Carport and free parking in the street/nearby str. outside the house. . Basic Tv and wireless fiber internet of 250 Mbit/s are included. Electricity, water and basic waste disposal included when you rent a room. Waste separation is required. I am open to discuss any specific furniture needs that a tenant might have. Two or three monthly rents in deposit required. Trainstation is about 500 m. from the house. 21 min. to Lund Centralstation. First train to Lund at 05.00. Last train back to Teckomatorp at 23.37. ICA food market is about 500 m. from the house. Jag har ett nyligen nyrenoverat tegelgathus på ca 147 m2 i Teckomatorp med 5 sovrum som är ledigt för uthyrning fr.o.m 1:e Mars t.o.m. vad vi kommer överens om. Hyr ut det rumsvis inkl. el, vatten, bas tv och fiber på 250 mBit/s eller hela huset, priset då beror på vad vi kommer överens om. Sopsortering . Ca 500 m till tåg/buss, Ica och skola. Bottenvåning: Två stora sovrum (13-15 m2, 3800 kr/mån) med tre garderober ,kök med diskmaskin, nytt helkaklat badrum med dusch och vardagsrum med matplats. Ovanvåning: Två mindre sovrum (10-12 m2, 3300 kr/mån) med 2 respektive 1 garderob, 1 sovrum (ca 20 m2, 4300 kr/mån.) och stort helkaklat badrum med dusch samt ca 6 m2 garderob i separat rum. Källare: Liten tvättstuga med nya maskiner och med frysbox och separat pannrum med nyinstallerad luft-vatten värmepump med separat varmvattenberedare på 200 liter. Genomgående antikvitt på väggar och laminatgolv i ek (förutom det större sovrummet på ovanvåningen där det ligger laminatgolv i björk) i sovrummen och i vardagsrum och kök. Mvh. Peter
