Hello I would like to rent out my room from March 16th to July 1st (and possibly a few weeks longer). The room is located in a collective house that is shared by 5 other people. We all have our own rooms. There are 2 bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The house is located 3 min. walking distance from Morby Centrum T-bana. It takes 5 minutes to Universitetet and 9 minutes to Tekniska Hogskolan. The room is furnished with a bed, two chest of drawers, a cupboard and another cupboard with shelves (which can be moved out). In the picture below, the cupboard and the furniture are at the corner and therefore not seen. Also, the picture is taken at night so the room looks dark but it has a huge window looking at a big garden and actually has a lot of light during the day. My flat mates are from Spain and Brazil. We are aged between 29-34 years old. Some of us are working in the university and others are working in IT companies. All my flat mates are lovely people that respect each others space and needs. We have a cleaning schedule for the kitchen and the bathrooms so we keep our house pretty clean. I am looking for a sociable, clean and respectful person to take over my room for a few months while I am away on a business trip.
