We(Farshid and Olga) are intrested in renting our apartment at Möllan in Malmö from January (1 year or longer). The apartment has 3 rooms (89 sqm). We rent it out mostly furnished and we prefer to rent to a family, or a business man/woman or a couple that have enough salary to pay the rent and deposit. Rent:10000 Sek Heat and water: Included Electricity and Internet: Exlcuded Deposit: 3 months It is in the center of city. close to lots of restaurants and stores (like ica, netto, lidl). It is 5 minutes far from Triangeln station. It is close to Folkets Park also.
