Two rooms for rent in Linné, central Gothenburg, close to Järntorget. Walking distance to the major faculties of Gothenburg University. The owner of the apartment is a commuter who spends a lot of time out of town. The rooms are fully furnished and everything you need is included, like bedding, towels, linen, wifi, utilities etc. Long term visiting scholars or foreign students from university preferred. Two months rent is required as deposit. Maximum two persons, over 25 years of age, no children or pets. No guests allowed. The rules are stipulated in the contract.
