Four kilometers to one of Swedens most beautiful beaches, Sandhammaren with its 11k of white sandy beach and dunes, adjacent nature preserve, and hiking trails. Located midway between Ystad and Simrishamn, one hour to Malmö and Lund. This 2-storey, 90 sq meter Guesthouse is fully furnished and has been recently renovated in 2018 with fresh interiors and a sophisticated yet causal interior with a historic outer skin. The light-filled open-plan living and dining room with expansive views to adjacent fields and farms provides a generous area for relaxing and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped. With two private bedrooms on two levels, its suited for a single person, or couple. The bathroom with shower and a washer is centrally located on the ground level off the kitchen. Parking in parking court. No pets, no smoking, no parties, quiet-calm environment, Owner lives on farm. Rental Period: 1 November, 2019 to 30 March, 2020. Rent monthly base rate: 8400 kr.
