A fresh apartment on the top floor in a calm area by the lake is for rent from the 1 of May, 2017 for the period of 1 year. Electricity and heating are included in the rent. There are 3 rooms: 2 bedrooms and 1 spacious living room as well as a well-equipped kitchen. In the bathroom there is a bath tube, a washing machine and a drying machine. The balcony and most of the windows are facing the lake. The building was built last year and we are the first ones who live there. The apartment is available only for non-smokers. No pets are allowed in the apartment either. We will write a second hand contract. The deposition is 16 000 kr.
