Hi, I am Stefania Menon I would like to rent out my new and cozy apartment. It is two rooms apartment fully equiped with new and high quality forniture such are dining and expandable table with four chairs, a cupboard, a double mattress with a storage base and a vey confortable bed soffa. In the apartment there is the dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. In the basement there is a bike room and a storage room. The apartment is located in Rosendal area close to the Rosendal skola bus stop, a supermarket (ica), two gyms and the city forest. Bmc, Åmströmlaboratoriet and Akademiska sjukhuset are also really close: 5 minutes by bike. To the city center are only 15 minutes by bike if you do not want to use a bus. I want to rent my apartment to a tidy and quite person with excellent recommendations. I would like to rent my apartment as soon as possible for 6 mounth with the possibility of an extension.
