Cycling distance (aprox. 15 min) to Biomedical Center (BMC), Ångströms Lab and SLU. The house is on Svartbäcken, a calm, central situated and very popular neighborhood. It is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary furnitures, machines and accessories needed. The bedroom is fully furnished as well (see pictures). As tenant, you have your own bedroom but share the kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining room and balcony. And of course, you share the responsibility of cleaning all common areas as well. The room is to be rented to a non-smoking, independent, clean and nice single university student without debts, pets or children. The room is available 1 August and the renting period will be until 31 December 2018. The rent is 4.500 SEK/month, to be paid in advance every month. The rent amount includes all equipment, accessories, household electricity, water, heating, unlimited broadband, TV licence & cable TV (in the living room), garbage fee. A security deposit fee will be charged at the contract signing (prior to occupancy) and the first rent has to be paid at the moment of occupancy/key handover.
