Hi My name is Brian and I renting my 3 room student apartment because Ill be back home in California for the summer. Its completely furnished with everything youd need. Its my home - just gone for the summer is all. The apartment is on the top floor and has two bedrooms located on opposite ends of the apartment. The bedroom has a balcony. The large living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom (with a bathtub :) comprise the middle of the apartment with the bedrooms on each respective end of the apartment. It is very centrally located. A very short walk away from Engelska parken and Carolina Rediviva, and only a 15 minute walk down into the city center. There is also an ICA grocery store only a 5 minute walk away. Im trying to make things simple and just get it paid for while I am gone, so I am only asking for 6950:-/month for the whole apartment with internet and all utilities included. This is what I normally pay myself, or even a little bit less than what I pay depending on what the electricity bill amounts to along with the other utilities. I am gone for 8 weeks. Ideally youd stay the whole time - but if needed we could adjust the total rent to the amount of weeks you are staying - some kind of fair arrangement that pleases both parties can be worked out.
