Hyr ut min 2:a på S:T Olofsgatan 66 A i Uppsala då jag ska flytta från stan. Lägenheten är en tvåa på 56,5 kvadratmeter. Köket är retro med moderna vitvaror och diskmaskin samt matplats för 4. Stort sovrum med plats för dubbelsäng. Mycket goda förvaringsutrymmen. För närvarande möblerad med 90-säng men kan flyttas ut om så önskas. Vardagsrummet består av en matplats och en tv hörna. Värme, vatten el, bredband och basutbud på TV ingår i hyran. Tvättstuga i källaren. Ej tillgång till parkeringsplats i föreningen. Kontrakt till slutet på Juli. Eventuellt villig att diskutera längre kontrakt än så beroende på situation med möjlighet för snabb inflyttning om så önskas. En månadshyra som disposition. Contract to the end of July. A longer duration might be discussed depending on the situation. A sum in the level of one months rent will be held in escrow by the landlord (me) and returned to the tenant (you) at the move out date as long as the apartment is in good shape (this is standard procedure in Sweden to protect the landlords property and will be regulated in the contract).
