It is a one floor house with a small basement. There are four bedrooms(two double-bed bedrooms and two children sized bedrooms), kitchen, diningroom and two bathrooms (one of them has a bathtub, the other one is also a utility room). It has a resonable sized easy to maintain garden with apple tree, plum tree, pear tree and cherry tree. Bus stops are a stones throw away, with many buses going into town, university and SLU. There is a cycle path all the way into town, the English school and SLU. The house is located close to the beautiful Mälaren and the harbour Skarholmen. Forest walks are just few minutes away. We are looking to rent to a stable non-smoking family without pets. The rent without electicity is 16000 per month(depends on how many are living in the house). From the beginning of August onwards.
