Hej, I am 31 years old PhD candidate at Uppsala University. I am looking for a long-term female flatmate starting from April or May 2020. My house is close to Fyrishov and Nelins supermarket, in a neighborhood with mostly villas. The house is two floors, two bedrooms, and one living room with kitchen, 80 m2 villa in a garden with a private terrace. The house is fully furnished, the kitchen has all the cooking facilities, and there is a private laundry room in the house. The room to be rented is not fully furnished, but has basic furniture, except a bed. The rent for the room is 5.500 SEK including everything (electricity, water, heating, and internet). I live with my two cats, so I look for a cat-lover person. Cleanliness, tidiness, and quietness are the particular things that I expect from a flatmate.
