For rent is our furnished two-room apartment conveniently located in a quite and close to nature Ulleråker in Uppsala, only 15 minutes bike ride to the Central Station and less than 5 minutes bike ride to Polacksbacken/ Ångströmlaboratoriet. The nearest bus stop is only 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The rental period will be from 1 August 2018 and up to one year. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, integrated dishwasher, and microwave. It has a spacious living room openly attached to the kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a walk-out patio/balcony, a modern bathroom with a bathtub, underfloor heating and integrated wall heating, and an ergonomic walk-in closet/dressing room. The rent fee includes: heating, warm water, electricity, broadband, and a parking lot in a garage. Other facilities for your convenience include: - Laundry located on the same floor. Equipped with two washing machines, tumble dryer, drying cabinet, ironing and pressing appliances. - One lot in a two-storey car park located 50 meters from the apartment. Equipped with a motor warmer. - Storage room on the same floor as the apartment. - Bicycle storage room. - The housing association has a sauna and guest rooms that can be booked online.
