Hello, My name is Ngea asumpta. I am an international student who have recently been offered a 4 room apartment( One living roome and three bed rooms) by bostaden at pedagogränd 11G. It is very big and spacious. I am looking for room mates that can occupy the other two rooms. The apartment is very close to Ålidhem centrum and about 10 minutes walk to the university. The person interested should be neat and know that pets are not welcomed. Rent per month is 3500kr per room with all the bills inclusive/ internet, electricity etc). Please call me or send and email if interested NB: Move in date is the 1st of August. You can also indcate if you wish to move in earlier. If you are interested in renting and cant move in on that date, show your interest by paying for the month . If not it will be given to another person. No binding time is required but I will appreciate if you can stay for atleast 3 months
