Im renting out a room in our villa from 25 August 2018 for one person. The rent will be 5000 kr plus one deposit, including utilitie bills. Room size is 330/260cm. Single bed 80/200cm .Our house is about 150 sqm were small family, i my wife & my cousin, no child. Weve two kitchens and one complete bathroom with shower and one extra toilet in house . We can discuss which kitchen to use when you are here to visit. We live in tyresö/ Hanviken , bus stop : jungfruvägen is on 10-15 min walk n only 10 min bus till gullmarsplan. Have WiFi at home. Smoking outside house pls & no pets. No guests visit pls and no party. We would like to maintain neat n clean, relaxed and peaceful environment in our house.
