I am swedish, but will write in english. We want to rent out a room in our big appartement of 5 rooms and kitchen. The rent is 3000 kronor per month and included is electricity, internet, access to the whole appartement except the other private bedrooms. The room has TV, desk, office chair, bed and closet. The area has some local service like cafe, sushi, pizza, convinent store. It is 150 meter walk to the bus station and 5 minutes walk to Tyresö shopping mall. Travel times by public transportation are 40 minutes to Stockholm central station, 50 minutes to Stockholms university and Tekniska university, 60 minutes to Karolinska university.
