The house is located in a quiet and safe area with very nice recreational areas nearby, it was completely renovated 7 years ago and has been ongoing maintenance since then. There is a large double garage directly adjacent to the house of about 70 m2 and a storage of about 15 m2. The rooms are divided into: 1 living room and 4 bedrooms, plus 3 toilets and 2 showers. If you want to go or cycle to the train / bus it takes only a few minutes. The rent includes: Electricity ( max 18000 kwh / year ) , garbage, water. We have direct contact with any kind of craftsman to quickly fix any problems encountered. We only rent to companies, or individuals with good references.
